This is a very well organised development that ticks all the right boxes with the planning department at Buckinghamshire Council.

Rectory Homes have carried out all of the required surveys and shown evidence of “engaging with the local community” by posting a leaflet described as a “Community Newsletter”.

They also provided a website where you could voice your opinions, so long as you were in support and you could also choose which apple variety you would like in the new orchard!

The only way you can have any impact on this development is by adding your comments to the planning application.

These should be well reasoned and wherever possible contain evidence to support any claims (impact on local services (schools, doctors etc, accessibilty (Albion Road), environment and wildlife etc.

Buckinghamshire Council have provided a very helpful link here which explains what constitues a genuine objection (material planning considerations) and therefore how to submit effective comments for or against a planning application. Please note, your comments will not be made publicaly available.

Pitstone Parish Council will be holding a special planning meeting where the application will be displayed in full and discussion can be had. Following this meeting you should submit your comments to the planning applicaiton.

Please note that Pitstone Parish Council (PPC) is not a decision-maker, It is merely a consultee in relation to the planning application – just as members of the public are.
